Over the past few years, San Francisco has easily become one of my most visited cities. Yet, no matter how often I return, I never tire of shooting here. The crisp, cool air, the breathtaking golden-hour sunlight, and the harmonious blend of historic architecture and natural scenery make it undeniably one of the finest cities for destination portrait photography.
For Wayne and Huang, San Francisco holds five years of shared history, which made it the absolute choice for their pre-wedding session. Weaving portraiture with personal life memories adds a rich, emotional layer to every frame—turning photos into timeless vessels of nostalgia.
I deeply admired Huang’s impeccable style and eye for wardrobe, a refined taste undoubtedly shaped by her background as a designer. The silhouettes, the subtle color palettes, and the effortless balance served as a textbook example of sophisticated casual engagement styling. Looking back at these images today, time hasn’t faded their charm—they remain as captivating as the moment they were captured.

這幾年，舊金山大概是我造訪過最多次的城市了。雖然頻繁到訪，卻始終覺拍不膩——微涼舒爽的氣候、絕美的黃金陽光（Golden Light），以及恰到好處的城市建築與自然景色，這裡無疑是全球最適合拍攝婚紗的城市之一。
舊金山承載著 Wayne 與「晃」長達五年的共同回憶，這也是我們選擇來到這裡拍攝的原因。將婚紗影像與生命中的記憶深刻交織，讓照片不再只是單純的畫面，而是每看一次，就能喚醒層層疊疊的歲月與故事。
特別欣賞「晃」對於衣著穿搭的極高敏銳度，這想必與她身為設計師的背景息息相關。從服裝的剪裁型態到顏色的微妙調和，堪稱是便服婚紗（Casual Pre-wedding）的經典範本。如今再次翻開這些畫面，即便時光流轉，這些影像依舊散發著令人心動的雋永魅力。
旅行與拍攝，始終是我創作的養分，再次期待著下一次的遠行。
