Jo jo walked onto the University of Washington campus, her little boy’s hand in hers. The ginkgo leaves were just turning, laying out a carpet for this small, quiet date.
She called it exactly that — a date, no reason required. Everyday time together is so often fragmented; the moments carved out just for the two of them are the ones worth protecting.
A photograph holds more than the image itself. It becomes a specimen of time — an unspoken understanding between mother and son, pressed into something worth returning to.

她說，這是她們兩個人的約會——不需要理由。日常裡母子相處常被瑣事切成片段，能單獨留給彼此的時光，反而最珍貴。
